香港寬頻特此呼籲客戶提高對偽冒本公司職員來電的防範意識,慎防受騙。如對來電者身份或熱線電話之真偽有懷疑,請要求來電者提供其姓名、員工編號或聯絡電話號碼,並於致電熱線電話前,可致電香港寬頻客戶服務熱線128100核實。如發現聲稱由香港寬頻撥出的可疑電話,可致電香港寬頻客戶服務熱線128100,也可直接報警。
Warning Against fraudulent HKBN calls
HKBN would like to alert its customers to bogus phone call who pretended to be staff of HKBN. Those individuals are alleged to have provided wrong information on service renewal, all this has caused adverse impacts on the reputation of HKBN.
HKBN hereby urges customers to guard against deception and be vigilant against fraudulent calls claiming to be made by or on behalf of HKBN’s staff. If in doubt, ask for the caller’s full names, staff IDs or contact numbers and verify their identities by calling HKBN Customer Service Hotline on 128100 before calling. Should you notice any suspicious calls, customers can call HKBN customer service hotline at 128100 or report to the Police.
